The Lost Boys Pro Tools protools Rig is capable of playing back 192 tracks simultaneously, & just as importantly for a live rock band, is capable of recording up to 32 track at the same time.Full band recording is thus an option.
Additionally, knowing that your project is uses the industry standard, gives you peace of mind for what the future could bring. Get signed & the record label wants a remix? It's already in the format that they will ask for. No mucking about trying to convert things from Cubase or Logic. Want to move the project to another pro studio, anywhere in the world? You'll need it in Pro Tools HD format.
For Mixdown, Lost Boys has a Extensive range of plugins + companion software (Ableton Live, Reason, Autotune etc). Many of the plugins are exclusive to the Pro Tools HD. You won't find these specialist tools for use in any other system.
Artists Beware: Note, many small studios rather 'creatively' claim to use 'Pro Tools', when in fact they are using a 'Protools L.E'. This is an inexpensive home setup that can be great for making demos, but is not even in the same league as what is on offer here.
